Agreement
These terms cover use of garagedoorfriscotexas.com and the services offered through it by Marlowe Garage Door Service. Using the site means you accept them. They were last updated on 25 July 2026.
Estimates and pricing
All prices published on this site are estimates for typical work in Frisco, Texas, and are not offers of contract. Door weight, hardware condition, access and parts availability all change the figure. The binding price is the fixed quote given at your property before work starts, which you approve before anything is dismantled. If additional faults are found during a job, work stops and a revised quote is given for your approval.
Booking and cancellation
Appointments are booked by phone. If you need to cancel or move a visit, call as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else. There is no cancellation fee for a visit cancelled before the technician arrives.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless a business account has been agreed in advance. We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards. Commercial customers on account are invoiced monthly.
Warranty
Parts we supply and the labor to fit them carry a one-year warranty from the date of the visit. The warranty covers failure of the part or of our workmanship. It does not cover wear items such as weather seal and batteries, damage from impact, storms, hail or attempted forced entry, damage caused by work carried out by others afterwards, or faults in equipment we did not supply. Warranty claims are handled by calling (972) 555-0147.
Safety
Garage doors carry stored energy in their springs and cables and can cause serious injury. Information on this site is general guidance for homeowners, not instructions for carrying out repairs. Spring, cable and drum work should be done by a trained technician. Injury or damage caused by work you do yourself, or that someone else does, sits outside our responsibility.

The wording, photographs and page layouts here belong to Marlowe Garage Door Service. Please do not lift them for another website. Brand names such as LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr and Wayne Dalton belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe equipment we service. We are not an authorized dealer or agent for any of them unless stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability for any claim arising from work carried out is limited to the amount paid for that work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
Texas state law applies to these terms. Any dispute arising from them belongs in the Collin County courts.
