Garage Door Repair Service Areas in Frisco, TX
One city, four ZIP codes, every street inside the limits. Here is exactly where we work and what we tend to find in each part of town.
Which Parts of Frisco Do You Cover?
All of it, and only it. We run every street inside the Frisco city limits across ZIP codes 75033, 75034, 75035 and 75036, from US 380 in the north down to the Sam Rayburn Tollway, and from Teel Parkway east to the Custer Road side of town. We do not take work outside Frisco.
That is a deliberate choice. Staying inside one city keeps drive times short, which is what makes a 45 minute arrival realistic rather than a marketing line. Most days there is a van somewhere on the Dallas North Tollway or Preston Road already, so the next call is a few minutes away rather than a trip across the metroplex.
Schematic only, not drawn to scale. The shaded area is the Frisco city limit we work inside.
Neighborhoods and Subdivisions We Work In
Frisco is big enough that the doors change character as you move across it. Here is roughly how the city breaks down for us, and what we tend to find when we get there.
West Frisco
Phillips Creek Ranch, Frisco Lakes, Hollyhock, Christie Ranch and the streets off Teel Parkway and Stonebrook Parkway, out to the lake shore on the far side of FM 423. Newer stock, mostly insulated doors with Wi-Fi openers, and this is the corner where the city crosses into Denton County. Frisco Lakes in particular is single-story, and the garage is often the main way in and out, so a dead door there is treated as urgent.
Central Frisco
Stonebriar, Starwood, The Trails, Newman Village and the blocks around Frisco Square. The oldest of the modern subdivisions, which means most of these houses are on their second set of springs and a fair number are on their second opener. Wide three-car elevations facing the street, so panel damage shows badly here.
East Frisco
Panther Creek Estates, Richwoods, Shaddock Creek Estates, Lawler Park, Griffin Parc and Preston Vineyards. Dense family neighborhoods off Independence Parkway and Coit Road with heavy daily door use, and the highest share of worn rollers and stretched chains we see anywhere in the city.
Downtown and the Rail District
The older streets around Main Street carry Frisco's small stock of genuinely old garages, some detached, some with extension springs still running along the horizontal tracks. Those need safety cables fitted if they do not already have them, and we check for that as a matter of course.
Roads, ZIPs and How Fast We Get There
Frisco sits in Collin County with its western edge in Denton County, and the four ZIP codes divide roughly along the main north to south routes. Journey times are what you would expect: a call in 75034 near Stonebriar Centre is minutes from the tollway, and a call in far west 75036 is a longer run but still inside the city.
| ZIP | Roughly covers | Main routes in |
|---|---|---|
| 75033 | North and northwest Frisco toward US 380 | US 380, Legacy Drive, Rockhill Parkway |
| 75034 | Central and southwest, Stonebriar and Frisco Square | Dallas North Tollway, Lebanon Road, Legacy Drive |
| 75035 | East Frisco toward Independence and Custer | Eldorado Parkway, Preston Road, Coit Road |
| 75036 | Far west toward the lake shore and FM 423 | Teel Parkway, Main Street, Stonebrook Parkway |
Journey time is the only thing that changes across town, and not by much. A morning call in 75035 near Independence Parkway and an afternoon call in 75036 off Teel Parkway are handled by the same two vans on the same day, because the whole city fits inside a twenty minute drive at most hours. The exception is the school run, when Eldorado Parkway and Preston Road slow to a crawl either side of eight and three.
Whichever ZIP you are in, the price list is the same. There is no zone surcharge and no minimum job size, and the estimate is free everywhere in the city. What we fix in each area is set out on the services page, and the common failures are explained on the Frisco garage door repair homepage.
