Information we collect
Calls
The telephone number shown on this site is a call tracking number. When you call it, we record the number you dialed from, the time and length of the call, and which page of the site you were looking at when you called. Some calls are recorded so we can check job details later and train our own people. Tell whoever answers that you would rather not be recorded and the recording stops there.
If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the job.
Website analytics
This site can use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Analytics collects a device identifier, approximate location based on IP address, pages viewed and how you arrived. It does not collect your name, address or phone number. If the analytics identifier has not been configured, no analytics requests are made at all and no analytics cookies are set.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or social media widgets on this site. There are no contact forms here, so nothing is submitted or stored through the site itself.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets its own first-party cookies to distinguish visitors. Browser settings can block these, and the site works normally without them.
How long we keep information
Call records and recordings are kept for up to 24 months. Job records, including invoices and warranty details, are kept for as long as the warranty runs plus the period required for tax records. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your choices

Children
This site is aimed at homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
